Door to Door Information
What is
"Door to Door"
Door to Door Trips will pick you up at your Home, Hotel, Airport or
Cruiseport and take you anywhere you want to go. The times published on our
website are approximate and will be verified by telephone by our Dispatch
Department the night before your trip. This service is perfect for those who
do not have the means to get to one of our station locations. This is a
shared shuttle which means there will be multiple stops for both departures
and arrivals
How does
"Door to Door" work?
Once reservations closes the day before your scheduled trip, our Dispatch
Department will map out the route for the following day and call each
passenger directly to confirm their pick up time. The times published on our
website are approximate pick up times and can vary.
However, the arrival time is generally an accurate estimate. Please plan
accordingly!
There will be a 15-30 minute rest stop at the half way point so passengers can use the facilities and purchase snacks and beverages.
Please note that Trips 105 & 205 ONLY operated on Saturdays & Sundays and fill up far in advance. If you are planning on traveling on Trip 105 or 205, you might want to call us first to check availability!
Note To Passengers Connecting in Orlando to Daytona Beach: Immediately upon arrival at Orlando Airport, your door to door shuttle will depart. A change of shuttle is required.
Miami door to door service is available North of Kendall Drive and East of SW 117th Avenue at no additional fare. Pick up and drop off service at Miami Intl. Airport (at Terminal J is in front of Avianca Airlines), Port of Miami and Miami Beach for an additional fee of $20.00
Fort Lauderdale door to door service is available in all areas East of the Turnpike in Broward County at no additional fare. Pick up and drop off service at Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades, Coral Springs and points west of the Florida Turnpike for an additional fee of $20.00
West Palm Beach door to door service is available in areas East of the Turnpike and west of Interstate 95, West Palm Beach Airport, Boca Raton, Fort Pierce and Lake Worth for an additional fee of $20.00
Orlando door to door service is available South of Altamonte Springs and North of Kissimmee (Highway 192). We do offer pick up service at Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee and select areas outside the city limits for an additional fee of $20.00.
Note to Passengers From Apopka, Mt. Dora, Lake Mary, Longwood, Casselberry, Oveido and Maitland: The closest location for pick up would be the Altamonte Springs Mall.
Note to Passengers From Ocoee, Winter Garden and Gotha: The closest location for pick up would be Colonial Drive and Kirkman Road.
Note to Passengers From Poinciana: The closest location for pick up would be Osceola Square Mall at US192 and Hoagland Blvd.
Note to Passengers From Davenport, Haines City and Windermere: The closest location for pick up would be the Walt Disney World Resort. (We service all hotels and the T.T.C. at Magic Kingdom)
Tampa door to door service is available only within the city limits
of Tampa, otherwise you must go to one of the station locations listed. We
do offer pick up and drop off service at Tampa Intl. Airport and Port of
Tampa for an additional fee of $20.00.
Note To Passengers From Lutz, New Tampa & Pasco County: The closest
location we are able to pick up or drop off is at the intersection of Bruce
B. Downs Blvd and Fletcher Ave.
Note To Passengers From St Petersburg, Clearwater, and Pinellas County:
The closest location we are able to pick up or drop off is at the
intersection of Dale Mabry Hwy and I-75 Shell gas Station
Note To Passengers From Oldsmar: The closest location we are able to
pick up or drop off is at Sheldon Rd and Hillsborough Ave (SR-580) by
Albertson Supermarket
Note To Passengers From Plant City & Lakeland: The closest location
we are able to pick up or drop off is at I-4 Exit 10 (Mango) by Flying-J gas
station
Note To Passengers From Brandon: The closest location we are able to
pick up or drop off is at Keymart Supermarket on Hwy 60 and Lakewood Dr

Note: If you choose an address outside of our service area, we will automatically choose a destination closest to your desired point of travel and inform you by telephone.

Door to Door Services Summary
Door to Door service picks up in Private Homes, Hotels, Airports, Cruise Ports, etc. You specify the address when you make your reservation for your pick up and drop off.
There will be a brief rest stop 1/2 way between Miami and Orlando or Miami and Tampa.
All Door to Door services are in 14 passenger vans and can accommodate up to 2 Pieces of checked luggage per passenger.
A movie is shown on-board
Door to Door service pick up times will be verified by our Dispatch Department the night before the trip which is why a telephone number is necessary when making a reservation.
