Door to Door Transportation
One of the many services
we offer which allows us to rise above your
expectations and our competitors is our Door
Pick Up and Door Drop Off Service. While not
available in all cities, we offer more options
for you in more than half of our cities in our
Route Network! Nobody else can say that! Door
Pick Up and Drop Off Service is a premium
service which allows you to determine your pick
up and/or drop off location on hundreds of our
daily departures. We do not offer Door to Door
Service on ALL trips!
What Is Door Pick
Up & Drop Off Service?
Door Pick Up &
Door Drop Off options offer to pick you up
and/or drop you off at your Home or Hotel within
our service area. The times published on our
website are approximate departure times from the
city and will be verified by our Dispatch
Department the night before your trip by e-mail.
This service is perfect for those who do not
have the means to get to one of our station
locations. This is a shared shuttle which means
there will be multiple stops for both departures
and arrivals.
How does Door Pick Up &
Drop Off Service Work?
Once you submit
your reservation, your confirmation will be
assigned a Dispatch Number. This number is
printed on your confirmation. The day before
your trip, simply call or text the Dispatch
Department and they will confirm your exact pick
up time, location and obtain any special
instructions. It's THAT easy!
The times
published on our website are approximate pick up
times and can vary. However, the arrival time is
generally an accurate estimate but can vary
depending on how many drop off requests there
are. Please plan accordingly!
Can I use
Door Pick Up & Drop Off Service at the Cruise
Ports?
The Department of Homeland
Security prohibits anyone traveling on a
commercial vehicle to enter a Cruise Port that
is not going on a cruise. Due to these
regulations, we are not able to offer Door Pick
Up and Door Drop Off Service to the specific
ship. However, we do offer easy connecting
services that will take you directly to your
ship and pick up from your ship for a nominal
fee. (Usually around $5 to $7 Per Passenger)
Note: The only trips offering Shipside Pick
Up and Drop Off are those shuttles that go
directly between the Airport and Cruise Port.

Traveling Door to Door?
There are two different types of service
that we provide. Some trips are full door to
door which means the shuttle that picks you up
will be the same shuttle that drops you off at
your final destination. The second type requires
a change in shuttle. This is called Interline. A
separate shuttle will pick you up and take you
to the bus depot shortly before the bus is
scheduled to depart or will meet you upon
arrival of the bus and then take you in a
separate shuttle to your final destination. We
do not offer Door to Door Service on All Trips
to All Cities.

Orlando International Airport. Any other
destination would require a private shuttle with

We do not offer pick up or drop off
service at Port Everglades. We offer passengers
going on a cruise or returning from a cruise in
Fort Lauderdale's Port Everglades a convenient
station location just outside the port entrance.
The Comfort Suites Hotel is located at 1800 S.
Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale.
Taxis
are available at Port Everglades and generally
cost about $10 to $15 to be taken to The Comfort
Suites Hotel.

We offer ship side
pick up and drop off only on shared shuttles to
or from Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports. Any
other destination would require a change in
shuttle.
We do not offer pick up or drop
off service at Port of Miami to any other
destinations. However, we do offer passengers
going on a cruise or returning from a cruise at
Port of Miami a convenient station location just
outside the port entrance. The Holiday Inn Port
of Miami Hotel is located at 340 Biscayne
Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
Shuttles
between Holiday Inn and the Cruise Ship
Terminals run every 10 minutes and is
approximately 3 minutes away. Shuttles are
available for approximately $8 per person. Taxis
are approximately $10.00 for up to 4 passengers.
